Karim has experienced eleven years in business management in the Paints and Coatings sector in the Middle East and North Africa and twelve years of multi-faceted corporate management experience preceding them. 

Karim's capabilities include strong leadership, strong general management and interpersonal skills, in depth market knowledge of the Middle East and North African Paints and Building Industry, and extensive experience in strategic marketing and sales on both macro corporate levels and micro product and service levels.

He is a member of the Egyptian Paints and Building Materials Association, the German Chamber of Commerce, and the Italian Chamber of Commerce.

Karim holds a degree in B.A. Economics (with Honors) from American University, Cairo, Egypt.
