Colin Waters, Ph.D.

Dr. Colin Waters, former Business Development Manager for Europe, Flex Products Inc., is collaborating with ChemQuest as one of its European consultants to help clients with development of entry strategies in the European Community. Dr. Waters previously worked as Business Director, Specialty Pigments at Flex Products Inc. in California and for 10 years with ICI Chemicals in the U.K. Colin’s experience spans the management of new product and technology development, strategic business planning and implementation, and sales. He has worked extensively within the coatings, inks and plastics market in the U.S. and Europe. Colin has a B.Sc. in Chemical Physics and a Ph.D. from the University of Hull in the area of Liquid Crystals. He is based near London, England.
